Geotechnical Testing capabilities include; aggregates, asphalt materials, masonry, grout, brick and block, concrete foundations, steel, and fireproofing. While our Lab’s extensive inventory of field and laboratory testing equipment is equipped for any project testing demands.

Additionally, our Test Mark Industries, Inc. concrete compression machine is equipped with a capacity of up to 400,000 pounds and a gauge buster. The gauge buster/MegaForce combination automatically controls the loading rate and measures the comprehensive strength of concrete cylinders in accordance with ASTMC39. Our laboratories also include moist-curing and storage rooms for field-prepared cylinders in accordance with ASTM E329.
CBR, Unconfined, Triaxial, concrete’s ability to resist chloride in penetration testing is conducted with state-of-the-art equipment. All Laboratory test results are generated electronically. Most importantly all of our technicians are ACI and/or VDOT certified to conduct soil and concrete testing and our laboratory equipment is calibrated annually by Professional Calibration, Inc.
ETS also offers customized mobile on-site soils and concrete laboratories to conduct all necessary testing on specialized or large projects.
