ETS is the only Geotechnical Testing and Inspection Services team to have worked in QC or QA on all significant Tunnel Expansions; The Midtown Tunnel/MLK Expressway Expansion, Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, and Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel.
